How to add MAC for WiFi Hotspot access

Hi all,

I am struggling with this... I log into the portal, go the section below where it tells you to enter your mac address below - BUT there is no place for me to add my mac address and when I click on the link it just jumps to the top. I have tried this on different PC's and different browsers. Same result...

Please be advised that Telkom have changed the authentication from MAC to EAP-PEAP process and are busy updating the new process on the website as follows:

1. Step 1:

go to your My Telkom account at https://apps.telkom.co.za/iam/public/registration
- Login/ Register if not registered
- Go to “Add Secondary Device (EAP-PEAP) section
- Select Manage subscriptions
- Scroll down to the “Set Wi-Fi Password” section.
- Supply Username (Cellphone number) and password to use for Wi-Fi once-off registration

2. Step 2:
- If at a Telkom Wi-Fi Hotspot connect to 1 Telkom Connect
- Change EAP method to use EAP-PEAP or PEAP on your device
- Supply username and password supplied during registration in step 1 above
- Click connect

*Please note that IOS devices are now pre-loaded with the EAP-SIM Wi-Fi certificate, all a subscriber needs to do is select EAP method to use EAP-SIM on your device.
**Only 1 additional device is allowed to be linked to the primary Wi-Fi account.

Thanks Joshua,

In the section where I can update the password, it doesn't allow me to click the "set password" button...??? I am setting a password within the required guidelines.??
