How to auto background sync 2 folders on Win 10?

My calendar software makes backups once a day but only keeps the 5 most recent backups and deletes the oldest as a new backup is made.
What can I use to auto background sync the backups folder to a separate folder so I can save all the backups?
I'm on Win 10

Fortunately they are, this is the format : "backup_202111041223.zip"

First thing that comes to mind is a scheduled task that runs a .bat file that copies the folder to your destination using Robocopy

I played around with it a few years ago but other than that have zero experience with it.

Task scheduler, you can set your own interval to run it.
