How to be Productive

But then ...

He did add the caveat that for most people the optimal amount to 100 to 200mg is optimal and 400mg is the max if you're desensitized to caffeine. This video he was saying that he was having up 5 times the maximum amount he recommended in the video I posted.

One of the simplest things I’ve picked up is an A6 pocket book. Not necessarily for work productivity but just getting things done. Fits in a pocket and I write anything that needs to be done into it. Measurements, whatever, it all goes into the book.
I know you can do all that on a smartphone but the book doesn’t contain any distractions.

Share some practical tips on how you manage your day and stay productive and stay on top of things.

Specially input from company owners, directors, CEO's, project coordinators and other high pressure positions.

Do you make use of software and to do lists?

How do you stay focus?

How do you organise your day?

How many productive hours would you say you have every day?

How do you manage your time between work, family and "fun".

@Afrihost-Gian , @ScottulusMaximus @ElonMusk , and others running their own companies, any advice from your side?

Cheers!
In bed early, get enough sleep. Up at 3 to 4am. Work all day and get home around 6pm for some family time. Generally work 6/7 days a week. Slack mostly for managing things. I don't spend a lot of time online and restrict phone & browsing when I'm working. I enjoy popping in here to Mybb though. It's entertaining and I'm grateful for the range of people, views and opinions.

I changed my username to bot19 as a kind of thermal discouragement to quit this forum and be more productive.

But I failed and now I have a stupid username.
