How to cancel ADSL only.

What would be the best option with Telkom to only cancel the ADSL portion of service but retain the landline service for now.

Relatives want to use the landline from time to time. But have moved to Fixed LTE service for internet. I did a cancellation last year but it was a total cancellation of all services so online was easy and quick. But unsure if you could specify what services to cancel online these days?

Cancel via the portal. They will call you and then tell them just to cancel the ADSL line. But good luck !

Why not just move them to a VoIP service and save almost R200 a month?

You can opt for just ADSL cancellation via the Telkom portal and just submit basic details and submit a copy of account holder ID. Am interested in a VoIP service. How does this work?
