How to cancel Mweb hosting?

Hey guys, I need to cancel my Mweb hosting contract and move my domain somewhere else.

I've tried emailing [email protected] like 5 times since beginning of December. Obviously no reply other than the automated response they send. Feels like I'm dealing with Telkom here..

Anybody have experience with this?

I have given a similar question some thought but I only have an ISP account with MWEB; I plan on cancelling it when I'm forced to go LTE (there is no fibre anywhere near my area) and telkom shutting down their copper network worries me.

This might help you though, seems like 30 days after you give notice. Do you already have a new hosting provider? Seems like companies don't like responding to cancellations since they're losing a client anyways and you might get caught off guard with the lack of communication.

Maybe try to click on the Cancel button, seeing as though your name alludes to you being proficient in that?

Try again on Monday, the whole country is still in holiday mode or not back to work yet
