How to cancel with Mweb?

Hi all,

I have tried since 5 Jan to cancel with Mweb...I can cancel through the app but I don't want to cancel with 1 months notice.

Need this to be done for end of Jan. Nobody is replying to my mails and nobody at retentions/cancellations is taking my call.

Please if there anyone who can help it would be appreciated.

Best thing is to call WebAfrica instead - they own them now ...
