MWeb do not offer support phone numbers or email addresses, just that silly bot that I've abused for the past few days without response.
I'm posting here in an attempt to get their attention.
15 Jan 2026 - I placed an order (I7176556) & paid for a 5G router.
21 Jan 2026 - Order cancelled due to the less than adequate control over RICA information.
30 Jan 2026 - Requested refund received.
3 Feb 2026 - Courier delivered the router.
Lookup my details from the above document & contact me wrt arrangements to collect the router.
While I'm having a whinge - what's the deal with MTN allowing aggressive port scans every 6 to 8 hours from these IPs ?
168.210.2.2, 196.14.239.2, 198.235.24.203, 41.122.135.232
