how to change ip address?

hey guys i want to change my ip address but i am using a 3g modem,how do i do it?

Your LAN ip adress? For windows OS ?

You can't change the WAN IP address assigned to you by your ISP. The best you can do is to disconnect, reconnect a bit later and hope for a new IP.

3g connections are NATed ( shared IP ),unless you request access from your provider for the unrestricted APN which assigns you an IP outside the NAT

as far as i know mtn and vodacom allow unrestricted apn but cell c dont... so depending on who u are with you will either be able to do that or not.
