Not sure if this is Sticky worthy but, I notice a few users have issues claiming a refund form Wish - While i have not had any issues and actually get my refunds done rather quickly.
So figured on my last refund i will keep screenshots to make a quick Guide:
Once your item has been purchased Take note of your Initial delivery date , I suggest you open a Google sheet to keep track of my orders.
Once the initial date passes, notice they will add 5 more days:
Now after the 5 days this question will appear, choose no obviously. It will now change the story to this (wait 30 more days), Ignore this (they hope you will just wait but you don't need to) and click on contact support:
Choose where is my Stuff? and then Choose Shipment not received:
They will have a story about 90 Days, again ignore this and click No where it says does this answer my question.
Type your story in the text box and click ask a question
They will say thanks and they will get back to you in 2-3 Business days just note they respond quicker than that, depending on time or day within the same day or the following day.
You also will receive an email stating they received your question
I submitted my refund request On January 1st at 1030 AM
I received the below notification on January 02 at 0429 AM
Click on View order to see what they replied - also you should reply to confirm the refund has been processed
If you are happy with their response click on the Yes where it asks if this was Helpful - i believe they are rated on these
Once you receive your refund (according to the email I received from PayPal the refund was processed exactly the same time as Wish respond (02 January 0429 AM). PayPal back to your card may take a few days but once you have been refunded to PayPal it would be a good idea to mark this as refunded so select Confirm Refund from the Select topic Menu:
And that's it refund completed - you may still receive an Item that was refunded however as they have stated if it does eventually arrive no need to cancel the refund.
