Hello all,

I only have a 64GB SSD as my boot drive. Pretty sure my almost 10k e-mails are taking up quite a bit of space.

How can I delete them all in one go? Surely there is a file I can axe.

Have backed up the e-mails I want to keep (very few).

If I Ctrl-A and push delete my poor pc has a wobbly and crashes.

Thanks in advance. Have googled my issue but not much luck.

Don't want to delete my e-mail account setup entirely (e-mail server admin has gone awol and don't know my password).

Regards,
Earthtree

Select the e-mails in batches of 500 or a 1000 and delete them?

Consider setting up your email account inside of a Gmail account. That way you get all the benefits of Gmail spam protection and storage and easy deleting, saving, searching and archiving.

*Edit see its company mail. Ask about doing it in Gmail if they allow it will save you a lot of headaches in the future.
