MTN active says "you have sucessfully logged out" when you are trying to log in??
162 is incorrect as I used 23mb yesterday and it shows I used 3mb's
808 does not answer.

Now what?

808 never answers in the afternoon - night and if they do answer you can't hear the operator cause of the noise of all the other operators.

16202 takes ages to update. The best way is to count your data usage. Trust me don't rely on 16202 Ive found that after a week my usage wasn't fully updated. So 16202 is NOT a way to check the bundle info. There is another topic about this.

Thanks Snakepit.
I cannot keep a check on my usage with NetMeter as I use more than 1 laptop plus my cellphone. Therefor I rely on MTN to give me a correct balance on 162.
Also I am reaching the 60 day rollover limit within a week and if MTN shows I have 200mb's left on the last day, I will want to use it rather that loose it.

MTN SMSed me 1Day before it expired. And i still had more that 1GB left. Luckly I have hsdpa here.

MTN SMSed you? I have never in my life got an SMS to warn me. Only Vodacom does that.

Marco, maybe you never went over your limit? (I'll be damned too if MTN sms this notification)

I have never ever ever got an SMS from MTN warning me. Only BIG bills for going OOB.
Are you sure you are not with VC? They do.

And just be aware that 808 info is up to 90 days out of date - not 2-24 hours as the call center advertises.

Noticed that my bill was backdated 3 months in June although the bill highlights that the amount billed is "month to month"??

I'm with MTN, Yes they did SMS me. And I'm glad they had cause I would have been very angry if 1.23GB had expired

"Some of your remaining data (1.23GB) will expire in 1 day (16/07/09). Reghards MTN everywhere you go"
