I keep hearing good things about this charl guy from Telkom. how do we get hold of him
 
Drop him a PM, I am guessing he is fairly busy ATM as I have not received a response from him since I last replied to him.

+1 there are quite a few threads around so I guess there are lots of issues currently.

It's usually sexually transmitted. There's usually quite severe swelling and then after a few months a Charl or a Johan or Peter, etc. pops out.
 
I need a Charl now too.

Our one line at the office has just decided it doesn't want to allow any PPPoE connections. Line syncs fine, just cant dial a connection. After two port resets and going around in circles with 10217 consultants decided to rather go the social media route. Will see if it helps.

Yeah. I could really do with him replying now.

I wonder if he took leave and nobody else is really covering for him? :(
 
I got a pretty quick response from my Twitter request, all they did was another port reset though :(
 
Not replying to me too, hope the awesome Charl is okay:)
 
me too - currently being billed for a service I am not receiving and tomorrow is day 5 without any hint of a response.
