How to get fibre infrastructure laid

Hey all, a recent cable theft has lead me to trying to get fibre in a shopping centre (where I work). Houses surrounding the area are all fibre ready, but coverage maps show the centre itself does not have fibre. How can I get vumatel (they’re the providers that have infrastructure in the area) to lay down the infrastructure to allow the shops to get connected?

DFA would lay a cable to a center point, but you would most likely have to break it out from there to end stores, not going to be cheap

I would also like to know how to get a complex (where I live) connected to Vuma fiber. All houses next to me and surrounds all have fiber available. Even Herotel passed all the houses, but my house at corner of street at the complex, cannot get fiber as the complex is not "live". Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Normally body corporates needs to contact FNO's to do roll out in complex
