How to make quick gold on GW

Hi Im new to GW and i'd like to know how to make quick gold. I don't have any unique or rare weapons so that doesn't help...Im a lvl 20 R/E. Thanks

I have never played with a Ranger character before so I don't know where to farm with them, sure you will be able to set him up with a ritualist secondary and then you can farm feathers and in hard mode, or go to the underworld in normal mode and try farm ectos. You can also vanquish areas, this brings in some gold and if you are lucky good drops...

Get yourself to NightFall - DoA and play as the Famine in the Foundry Trio farm:
Build for it:
Ranger / Monk:

Or get up to EoTN and still use the same build and do Dungeon runs.
If I had the option of taking a ranger on my farm runs I would take it, makes life so much easier imo
