How to Overclock the Intel Core i5-2500K

i had to reset my BIOS, and I cant remember what OC settings I had :erm:

busy looking around for the best settings on my board, and I found this

I got the asus board with that new fancy EFI gui BIOS

Anyone care to post their settings please

Which Asus mobo? Does it have the auto OC feature? That usually gets you to around 4.3GHz easy. I dont know how to fiddle more than that yet
