How to reprogram spare keys

When mucking about with an ECU cable is better.

All i want to do is add a set of keys To my car,
Not try remap my ecu,
(Previous owner probably tried that)

Anyway i might change back to my original ecu and its set of 2 keys
As i think they identified the problem ill know soon enough....
