How to start a fire without fire starters

If you don't have any fire starters around to kindle a fire, a good replacement is to use cotton wool coated with Vaseline. Alternatively you could also use Doritos.
 
At last a good solution to Doritos :p

However I just use petrol or the closest available flammable liquid, and lots of it :twisted:

I know how to light a fire, but every time I turn my back my mother-in-law will toss candles in any fire I’m starting… Must be a Boksburg thing.
