How to store eggs?

Obviously someone called Ho3n3r, would know what they're talking about when it comes to eggs.

Lol! Didn't even think of that.

But seriously, I have never seen anyone storing their eggs anywhere else, other than in their fridge, or their wife.

Normal people have them in the fridge by default.

what do you mean by normal people? some people prefer the taste of an egg that is stored at room temperature rather than being in a fridge, and as previously pointed out it makes no difference on the safety of the egg.

why do you store your eggs in the fridge rather than on top of it?

yeah!!!! whoop whoop!!!

I don't get your response? or is this the internet equivalent of shoving your fingers in your ears screaming lalalalalallala??

Don't you have to go to be milked by some ISP, or something?

I might be wrong, but I believe that in SA & the usa they are supposed to be stored in the fridge due to the risk of salmonella, but the uk it has been eradicated from there eggs so they dont have this risk so can be stored outside the fridge.

Mine sit in a basket on the kitchen counter ...... fridge eggs taste different, do not like

Rather give them away somebody can benefit from them and buy fresh eggs when you back.....

You could always break them into ice cube trays and freeze them. They don't work for frying but if you defrost them when you come home you can use them for cooking. I store my eggs outside of the fridge as I hate cooking cold eggs. They just don't taste the same to me.

There is zero taste difference between fridge eggs and room temperature eggs, that said, eggs will absorb any aroma's either in the fridge or room temperature. So if you have a habit of leaving your fridge in a mess with week old left overs, open garlic, or any thing like that.

Then it's really your own fault. The only reason why people keep eggs on the fridge, is to slow the progression of salmonella...
