Hi all,
I have gotten my hands on a generator to assist when "they who shall remain shameless" institutes load shedding.
The plugs supplied with the generator are of a type that I am not familiar with, being 20A 250V round locking plugs. Instead of the usual earth, neutral and live pins I am used to on regular three pin plugs, the pins are marked earth, 1 and 2.
My question is: Does the live wire get connected to 1 and neutral to 2, or neutral to 1 and live to 2?
Thanks,
Ian
