How useful is ICASA?

Quick question: has there been any investigation done into members of ICASA and the DoC with regards to kickbacks from telkom? I know that telkom's share register is non-existant, but I doubt that there is nothing to be found?

This is extremely worrying. How can ICASA carry out it's business behind closed doors. What happened to transparency?
