How was HIV created?

I reckon HIV has always been around, but only a few years back have been been able to identify it. In the early years, people still died, but the cause was usually found to be a bad cold, or some rather common ailment that just didn't get better. Today we know why a bad cold could kill you.

Often people who die from Aids are recorded as dying from TB etc here

This is exactly what I'm saying. In 1942 this guy died and they said 'Another TB case...', while they had no idea he was HIV positive as well.

Well i think if aids had been around longer than the 1920's i am sure there would be far more people infected world wide.

Condoms where not around back in the day so the virus would have spread like wild fire so i am not sure it has always been around.

as far as i know certain primates can live with the virus without it attacking their immune system, but when transferred to humans it kill of all the white blood cells. People usually ask how it was transferred, and usual get the dirty trucker storys. I rate it was from when one of these tribal sessions, where they kill the animal and drink its blood straight from the body...

Aids died instantly when exposed to air so you need to almost suck it out an animal if it came from animals.

There were a lot less people around then, and it did spread IMO, people just didn't know it.

So the HIV virus goes into your stomach and then dies or somehow passes into your bloodstream.
