How's this BS scammer. . . .

I know this is a really old post but I got scammed by a lying son of a b&tch called Elton R. Brown( google him). This a-hole used ever example in the book of scammers: "my mom fell at school", "i lost important documents.. sorry", "I've sold the other vehicles", "the car is perfect", their are other very interested buyers, "dont let this deal pass you" ... even the "I'm a CEO". He took my cash gave me the keys to the car promised to get the papers sorted 3 days later, but after 2 months I called him and discovered he has left the country. I still don't have the papers and the car is no longer driving, engine is blown. He maliciously tampered with the cars sensory system so the warning lights didn't light up. I launched a website called scammer dot co dot za even posted an article on News24.com but nothing seems to bother this guy.. had the cops at his house but his crazy mother lied to the detective..If you know Elton Brown from Northpine please tell him about this post as he no longer replies to my sms or emails so i think he has changed his telephone number..
