Anyone knows if PCint takes credit cards + is it walk in and buy or do you need to preorder?

They do, but you're going to have to pay 10% extra...

Think preorder is better, or at least ask for a quote and availability. If you eft beforehand they'll have it waiting for you at the front.

You can pay there via cheque, debit card. I did an EFT.

Thanks, if there is a surcharge I'd rather pay cash. Been waiting for Esquire to drop their prices but it doesn't look like they'll be matching PCint anytime soon.

For what it's worth, I suspect the PC International ones are grey imports. I bought one a few weeks ago and there was some bar coding removed with a box cutter. But they do offer a 1 year guarantee

Amazon.co.jp appears (???) to be selling the motherboards for the Celeron 847 version of the Intel NUC for <R900 if that's of any interest. You would need to put it in a small box and add a 19V 65W laptop type PSU to build a small HTPC.
