Surely now its the HPCSA guilty of unprofessional conduct?
This, no matter what has blown their case to pieces. They had preconceived or predetermined his guilt which will get everything thrown out IMO.The council announced in a media statement that Noakes had been found guilty of unprofessional conduct.
You have it on good authority? Is that what you call news24? :crylaugh:I have it on good authority that Noakes has been briefed by his legal team on options to:
a) Sue the HPCSA for defamation, and/or
b) File a notice to have the case dismissed, based on the HPCSA's bias and prejudice.
We shall wait and see.
