HPCSA got it wrong on Noakes, apologises

The council announced in a media statement that Noakes had been found guilty of unprofessional conduct.

This, no matter what has blown their case to pieces. They had preconceived or predetermined his guilt which will get everything thrown out IMO.

I have it on good authority that Noakes has been briefed by his legal team on options to:

a) Sue the HPCSA for defamation, and/or
b) File a notice to have the case dismissed, based on the HPCSA's bias and prejudice.

We shall wait and see.
