HSUPA and Skype

I am using it and it is 100% smooth.

I am on Telkom 3G.
 
But take into account that my Telkom 3G is very good, much better than I could get with MTN.

I have download speeds of between 4mbps and 5mbps. And uploads of around 1mbps and latency of around 70ms to local servers.
 
I've used it locally and to Ireland - smooth as silk.
