High Speed Upload Velly-fast Access

Actually HSUPA, just a faster version of the same stuff you have today in HSDPA - D for Download, U for Upload.

Download speeds should go up to a max of 7.2Mb/s, upload not so sure, probably between 1 and 2 Mb/s, but need to check.
