HTC Desire (formerly Bravo)

Since i couldnt get the Nexus one while in the states, I am waiting for this phone this one to hit the SA shelves.
 
lol and it will still beat Sony Ericsson in getting to market
 
Been looking forward to seeing this phone...I think I might get this upgrade when it's released. If it's released in the UK at the end of March, we'll probably see it here in SA around June/July. Just in time for my upgrade.

The Legend and Desire are currently listed on both the US and UK sites (for Expansys) and although there is not any ship date listed on the US side, the UK is noted as shipping as of April 12.

Price wise, as with any unlocked handset, it on the higher side but considering you will be contract free I would say reasonably priced.

On the US Expansys site, the Desire is selling for $689.99 with the Legend coming in a bit less expensive at $619.99. On the UK Expansys site, the Desire is listed at £449.99 with the Legend at £399.99.
