HTC Magic or HTC Hero?

The Magic with the Sense will be almost the same as the Hero except for the Camera and 3.5mm jack.. I've got a Hero and it's awesome!! Hero looks a bit better IMO..
 
How much is the money worth? The Magic's camera is pretty good. I've had several photos printed at as photos at a photo lab and they're just as good as my camera.

The lack of 3.5mm jack is annoying. Sometimes I'm watching a movie on the phone, or listening to music and the battery runs low and I have to stop - can't charge and listen at the same time as they use the same USB jack
 
the was a choice involved? take the Hero. its the 2nd best android phone. best being nexus

neither support divx or java. movies are mainly mp4 (handbreak is good for conversion) and both have the same extensive app market.
 
Blackberry!!! Why there is such a fuss about HTC is beyond me.
 
the bold, didnt enjoy the ui, and didnt like the mouse ball thing, but hey we cant all like the same things :D

Oh ok, Your 1st post made it sound like you could afford ether one, without problems,
(But you do know the Hero has a better camera, CPU, RAM, Space bigger and screen right?)

No offense, but you dont have your facts straight. They have exactly the same CPU, RAM and screen. Camera doesnt bother me at all. http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=2714&idPhone2=2861
Thats why my choice is so difficult, I need to know if its worth my while spending the extra cash on the Hero.
