I have been trying to get hold of HTC South Africa and also Leaf wireless! Neither of them have official websites, and I can't find their telephone numbers or office addresses! Their facebook and twitter accounts seem to be there just for them sending out messages about their products they never reply to my questions, and their "support line" dials me into their international technical centre who have no idea about the South African operations.

I found an address for a place in Randburg and a telephone number on one of those business listing websites I will phone it later.

I am honestly shocked at how poor their presence and customer communication is. I'm really put off them by this! All the other cellphone companies at least have an office and a number one can contact #poor
 
try calling mtn,vodacom etc... they have the numbers.
i dont no about htc but i do recall them giving me samsungs number
 
I will try that. I phoned the number off mtn's website and its a cleaning companies number! Also leafwireless's website doesn't load. Useless
 
has Leaf they moved from Vodaworld?

A month ago when I was there the Blackberry store was where there store use to be.
 
Odd, I also contacted them via Leaf.co.za in June. Got a reply and everything.
 
I dunno what that la88 thing is about. And leaf.co.za returns an error. Really pisses me off all these useless people running tech "companies" these days.
 
Lab88 is one of HTC's suppliers in South Africa. I have always bought all my HTC devices from them, and have always had great and professional service from them.

Google is your friend :-)
 
As far as I know Leaf was taken over by HTC end of last year. Got my upgrade and there was a shortage of phones at that time. That is another reason why we only have new models available and can't get the older ones. The Sensation for eg.
