Doesn't this remind you of an iPhone ... speaking of which I saw one the other day ... I have been skeptical of the iPhone ... cause I'm not really an apple fan ... but wow ... it is really a work of art up close. The screen is amazing ... and it is so much more comfortable to use that touch screen rather than a normal touch screen ... it just feels so nice and feels like its frictionless. And its scratch proof (or so they say). The camera on the back looks like a joke though. The texture of the phone feels nice ... its a metallic case ... but, scratches here we come. The only problem is it was network locked, and you couldn't get past the emergency phone number screen ... If anyone has gotten past that screen ... please comment on your experience.

Sorry bud i dont play for that team ... what i do offer is a device with full support ... Software and hardware ... in house repairs ... ps i got stock and if you do break your device I dont send your device to the other side of the world to be repaired ...
Remember at the end of the day you get what you pay for ... ask those guys with rock bottom prices about the repairs process ...

All imported handsets sold on eXactmall are repaired locally, the turnaround time is usually much quicker than Ixia and the like. At the end of the day, there is no point ripping off the end user to pay R 5600 for that handset, it would work out cheaper importing it yourself.
I've read this review ... but how on earth can this reviewer expect to type on such a small device's screen with her fingers? An on-screen keyboard that will work with fingers will require a screen/device much larger. Surely anyone can appreciate the use of a stylus for typing on-screen on the Touch. The Touch was never developed as a business device where lots of typing is required - and where a stronger processor is a must. At least the user ratings are more intelligent ... giving it 8.6/10.
You can actually type using your thumb it takes a bit of practice though.. the technology they have shoved into this device is insane, you can actually see how the Touch screen adapts when you change from using your finger and the stylus.

The tiny on screen keyboard is a problem, yes, but you can get a third party on screen keyboard with bigger keys that'll work fine with the Touch (I've seen quite a few on youtube and they seem easy to use).
How is a hard to reach sim and memmory card slot so much of a downside that they have to mention it twice? Who removes and replaces their sim card/memmory card more than once a month..more than once every three months? ever?
Surprising that they gave the iPhone a rating of 8.0? (with an avarage user rating was 6.4!?) How is lack of MMS, or the onboard camera that only takes 2MP photos not a downside (on the iPhone) to them but "hard to reach sim/memory slot" is a downside on the Touch? the iPhone doesn't even support external memmory...

Sheesh, take a chill pill and then inform HTC that you have done your job commendably, maybe you will get a promotion.
i am will bet my car, the dude that did the review has an iPhone .... to remove your SIM and or Micro SD card you need to take off the back cover and then lift a the strip on the side of the device to get to them.
Design CockUp of note on the iPhone has to be the lack of a removable battery ... if you need a new battery your iPhone will have to be booked in to a repair centre.
