So what ROM you on now ? Been keeping the flashing to a minimum, but now I am bored.

I just stick to Black. You guys have too much energy testing out all these ROMS.

I'm still on sleuth's recook. Black 3.0 has too many bugs, faria's looks nice, but it is still a bit alpha. zero problems on my current one, so i won't be changing for a while.

Sleep of death of death is a problem experienced in the earlier WM6 Cooked ROMs.

I really recommend the latest Sleuth Recooked ROM. v 30.30.2.1

Just to make sure
I did use HARD SPL the last time I upgraded (17 May)
And my Radio Version is 1.41
So to upgrade the ROM to Sleuth Recooked ROM. v 30.30.2.1, what steps should I take?
1. Install HARD SPL again then Install the ROM, OR
2. Just install the ROM

3. Do I need to upgrade my Radio or is the v1.41 ok.

oops, I think I may reconsider this Sleuth thing as well...

dude, the only way to find out which ROM is for you is to keep flashing till you find one. Black 3.0 was too buggy for me, and the sleuth one is more stable and faster after I apply all the the tweaks. Black Dymond also looks like it has a few too many bugs. My next ROM will be faria's, after the internet bugs are worked out.

All these roms have some sort of bug - Sleuth's one couldn't get my java apps to work - and black 3.5 could.... *shrug*

Morning all ... here's a quick question: I am connecting to the office Wi-Fi with me TyTN due to some security constraints on the MS products vs my Mac. Is there a spot to setup a proxy server for the Wi-Fi connections?

If you are going to use the device to access Corporate resources well then you can setup all the proxy in the " My Work Network " in your connection settings.

when the WiFi Ap pops up for the first time you are prompted ... connect to work or internet ... if you select work you will use the " My Work network " settings ....
what are you struggling with??? what security constraints you talkin about ??
