HTC TyTN / Imate JasJam

Freeze? Gee bru, thats weird. Ive been on it for since release date with no soft reset. It's running all sweet for me.. I kill apps like 10 times a day though..

Same here, (Washington DC, Northwest, GP, Limpopo and KZN). But I've been in the Office for about two months now. The travel will resume again late June!

Hi guys please can somone help me ? I am downloading my mail via outlook on my tytn via gmail. I get the messages but then a couple of minutes later or maybe after I reconnect, the messages diasappear. almost like they are only there per session and then get deleted. how can I keep them there indefinitely? this is not a gmail prob as on my desktop it works fine. please can you help? thanks

Uhm, what is your setting for how many days back the messages are to be downloaded?

Start>messageing>gmail>next>next>next>next>Download messages ?

I have seen this before i cant remember the details ... about a year or two ago i seen this issue crop up.
what ROM are you using on your device? it could be a setting on your G-mail account.
what has changed since the last time it worked 100% .. its always a good place to start.

That happens to me... but only after my laptop also downloaded that email and deleted it from my pop account...

it supposed to do that unless you leave a copy on the server. but i have come across cases where you connect with the pda and you see mail and you hit send receive again and they disappear.

mmm... that's very odd - if i do have to concentrate and really think very carefully... something tells me it may have happened to me also

Guys this has nothing to do with Gmail. If you use outlook on a desktop or laptop and receive mail and then go away or shut down and come back later, the mail is still in outlook. It does not just disappear. The opposite happens in outlook mobile. I am using Black Dymond. May be a black dymond issue I am not sure. Thats why I am checking with you guys :)
