HTC TyTN / Imate JasJam

I dont know if it has been posted, but how do I import the SA holidays into my Tytn's calender ?

Well lotus notes has an option of adding all holidays and i use Commontime to sync it from someone at work and synched it back with outlook on my tytn

Dablue - if you have Outlook:

Tools --> Options --> Calendar Options --> Add Holidays --> South Africa
 
Is thre a way to backup email and wifi settings. Having to re-enter the info after each ROM change is getting to be a bit boring.
 
Hey guys

I am having some trouble today. My phone did not want to connect to the MTN network. When I go settings/system/device information, it does not give me a radio version. When I move on to settings/system/identity, there is no IMEI number. That is also where the phone freezes, on identity. I have soft reset it about 5 times. Left it off for 5minutes and everything worked fine. Then it "lost" the network again and freezes. Once again no radio version.

When the phone boots after a soft reset, it does not give the radion version, but rather says No GSM.

ROM version: 2.11.255.1
ROM date: 03/07/07
Radio version: 1.38.00.10
Protocol version: 32.71.7020.12H
ExtROM version: 2.11.255.102

It is the ROM from the leaf website.

Any ideas on what the problem could be? I am only running SPB GPRS monitor, SPB Pocket Plus 3 and SunsiaSoft Pocket Wakeup. I haven't had any problems for a month now while running these programs.

Sounds like your GSM chip has died ... I have seen this twice before .. only on a TyTN ... everything else works but the phone ... it will have to go into a repair centre and hope it will be covered under warranty

Eeek ! I hope something like this does not happen to me. would have to hastily flash back to the old ROM and hope they don't notice.

Now if Black 2.0 will only come down as ordered then I can have WLM working again.

Seems the Beta expired ....... woops ! WM6 BE 2.0 is the newest AKU with official WLM.

yip dont get caught with your pants down ..
this unfortunate hiccup will be covered under warranty as long as you have OEM software running on the device and the device is still in its original condition ..
original condition i mean pristine condition ... if you have scratches and dings on the device from dropping it ... say goos bye to the warranty ...;)

That is unfortunate, I keep mine in the pouch and it even gets dings when you drop it this way. Somehow it always pops of my belt when I get in the car.
 
As I mentioned I downloaded the new rom from their website. Wille this be fine? I have not used any of the cracked ROMs.
 
luckily have never dropped or scratched the phone. too damn expensive to mess it up.
 
What do u guys think of the new Black?

Its busy downloading, can't wait for Kyphur to release .30 so im installing this for the next few days..

Will let u know what i think after reset...
