HTML and Outlook 2007

So once again, Microsoft has decided to make our lives as difficult as possible...
Outlook 2007 no longer uses IE to render email but (wait for it).... WORD!

Now I need to design a form that can be sent to the user via email, filled in the email and submits the data to a webpage.

Thunderbird, Gmail, Outlook 2003, basically anything beside Outlook 2007 works fine. Does anyone know how to go about creating a form that would work for 2007?

I'm quite happy for it not to work on other clients as Outlook 2007 will be the primary client to receive this form.

Nope Word was used to compose emails and rendered in IE... Now they gone and fscked it up even more...

I always find a cross and holy water come in handy when dealing with Office where HTML is involved. Can't help any more than that though....

Have you tried an InfoPath document? You should be able to generate a PDF "form" and submit the data back in that way...
