HTML problem

Hi there
Yeah iv got a pretty basic problem i guess, havent done this in so long i cant remember what im doing wrong.
Anyway, im building a website and my username and login section is inside a picture, only problem is, the different size screen makes the text box apear in different places, ie. not where it should be so what i want to do is standardise it so that it will always appear in the same place regardless of what screen your using

Use a table for your layout (simplest solution) or go the CSS route and struggle.

Split the picture into different sections and lay them out in a table.
