Hi everyone,
I have a b315 wifi router and a poynting device with a 50 to 100mbs connection and it usually runs at about 45 to 72mbs. My wifi suddenly slowed down to a 36kbs and cannot even use it correctly now.
Any ideas as to why this is happening I have rebooted and done all the usual troubleshooting.

Reset button fix many problems with this router.

Hi there the reset didn't fix my current issue I did however put in another sim card which increased the speed to within normal range but it's not an uncapped nor a Telkom sim, from using a new sim the problem is obviously with Telkom.

Send a SMS to 180 and check usage I think you have been throttled for using more that 250 GB
