Huawei B315 with second router and DDNS

Hi, i would like to get to a port from outside my network, but when I check the port it is not open. Configuration of routers:

First router Huawei B315:
- IP address 192.168.8.1
- DMZ enabled (192.168.8.2)
- Firewall disabled
- DHCP disabled
- WLAN disabled

Second router on DD-WRT (From B315 LAN port to WAN port into TP WR1043ND):
- WAN IP adress 192.168.8.2
- Subnet 255.255.255.0
- Gateway 192.168.8.1
- DNS 192.168.8.1
- DHCP enabled
- Firewal enabled
- Port forward 90 and 8090 for local computer

On Second Router DDNS:
- Host on no-ip
- I managed to get connection to DDNS host and update public IP


When I check the port 8090 or 90 on no-ip, it says it is not opened. I tried also to temporary disable the firewal on second router but with no success. Any idea?

OK, you might have to ask them if incoming ports are open or blocked on their network.
Some network operators here have a special APN that you can request to be provisioned for.
Sometimes called VPN APN, or unrestricted APN.

When you google “what is my ip address”, is it the same address as the WAN address on the Huawei, and also the same address as what is registered on No-IP?

Then if you do a trace route to 4.2.2.2, from the PC on LAN (192.168.0.0/24), and you do the trace from external to your WAN address, does the routes match?

I see the 188.64.3x.x is a public IP, so in theory it should work, can you telnet from another pc on your network the 146 IP with the port number 90?
