I bought a Huawei B593 LTE router from Telkom which really worked very well, then, all of a sudden I started getting a mauve light appearing which is when you have lost connectivity with the network (Telkom). I kept getting this problem so decided to take the router back to Telkom, they exchanged it for a new one which does the exact same thing. The signal strength indicator shows 5 bars which is very good signal. Does anyone know if there is a setting for this "line dropping" or is it just a piece of rubbish Telkom is selling? I do hope someone has been able to sort this problem and can be of assistance. Thanks
