Huawei B618 Ethernet Bug? (Slow LAN speeds)

I've given up on my B618. Been stuck on 20Mbps again for a week with the exact same setup that allowed to me to run at 80Mbps for a good couple of weeks.

Ordered a new router - Probably won't be as good but it can't be more unstable than this one.

Hi, I'm considering buying the B618-22d.

What exactly is unstable about it?

I currently have the B525 and the wifi signal isn't strong enough in a tiny apartment that shouldn't need any wifi extenders.

I might want to connect the B618 to a fibre router via lan cable & extend the WiFi signal.

Will this be an issue?

Is the speed just reduced on the B618 or is it just unstable in general?

I guess I am cool with the speed being capped at 50mbps.
