Hi people, I just want to know if anyone has any experience with this router? Can it stream files over wifi, say to my TV?

The device is an AP/3G modem and not capable of media streaming itself.

Try running a Plex server on your PC and if you're lucky your TV supports Plex. This way you can stream from your PC to your TV using the device.
