Huawei Fiber?

So apparently Huawei pulled in fiber in our are (at least that's what I understand from the guy that was at my house) but I'm not sure where to go from here. Can I use any of the ISPs that provide fiber for access, or do only certain ISPs use Huawei's fiber, is it actually fiber they installed or something completely different?

In all honesty I didn't know they were actually doing any fiber installations, Thought it was just Vumatel and Telkom.

They pulled the Vodacom fibre in our estate as well.
