Hi can anyone help me i have been battling for days now with this issue i cannot connect to the internet via the openserve fibre router hg8240h5 gpon the power light is on gpon light and tel01 if i View attachment 1225948View attachment 1225950View attachment 1225952View attachment 1225954View attachment 1225952remove the patch cable the Los light flasher red now i Google and checked the 3 green light are ok so the is connectivityas well and line test is fine now i am using a telkom aztech 700wr router i configure everything username and password is correct as i logged in telkomsa.net website with it and my profile is fine. On the router is says connection status : no connection wlan : N/A i even have configured port 4 to wlan now i give up i have attaches screenshot of the router credentials please advise where to change or what static ip should be your help will be appreciated
