Huawei K3565 rev 2 and webmail.co.za

The K3565 rev 2 is Vodafone branded modem.
I have flashed this modem with Mobile Partner Software and using it with a Cell C sim.
Everything appears to work fine. Searching the Internet, downloading files etc.
When it came to checking my email on webmail.co.za this is when the problem started.
Displays the home page no problem.
As soon as login to my mail it should show the mail boxes and this is where it just stops
with a blank page just the options at the top of the page. I can even logout and log in again
but still nothing.
At the bottom of the page on the satus bar it displays waiting and the php script that it is trying
to execute. I have left it there for several minutes but nothing.
I have tried a zte modem with Cell C sim works fine.
I connect via wifi to Blackberry phone hotspot it works fine.
I have unistalled the Dashboard, removed the hardware devices reinstalled everything but still no go.
I have also tried another Cell C sim.
It appears to be a hardware problem.
Any Idea's what to do next.

Check pings and traceroute to the Web site (addresss after login) for consistency. Is it secure (htpps) connection? With -83dBm expect some errors, delayed response affecting secure connection more than normal browsing.
