Huawei P20 lite

Recently got a second hand Huawei P20 lite from a friend for my daughter but after resetting battery went from 75% to 100% and from then battery does not discharge it remains on 100. I have switched on all power hungry functions including torch, hotspot and location but still remains on 100%. What could be the problem, could it a software update that has a minor bug??

Don't worry, it is possible after reset. It may keep at 100 long before suddenly droping to 75. Sometimes it needs few charging/ recharging cycles to reset counters.
