Huawei p7 vs iPhone 5s

P7. You may have to scout around for the ideal apps to get the most out of it. Huawei does use Sony camera's on their devices and the front camera is about the best out there. I found the build quality from Huawei on the P series to be superior to that of Samsung.

The S4 also doesn't compare to the P7. Had 2 of those...

Samsung has a lot more bloat and that hampers the experience. The P6 had a lot less but it's a worse processor. The P7 has little bloat and a decent enough processor for a nice experience.

Though having said that, the iPhone will provide a smoother UI but only by a small margin
