I have a Huawei P8 and am struggling with connectivity to my Paradox IP100 alarm all the settings appear ok, however my Samsung phone still connects ok and the settings are the same, have turned on & off LTE etc but still no go, even the alarm installer is perplexed. So I now carry both phones. My P7 connected ok. Any suggestions.

i know extreme, but backup your data, do a hard reset, and install the settings before installing anything else, and then see. Try and connect to a wifi network, even if you use your samsung a hotspot and then see if you can connect
