Huawei Partner or Connect ?

Just been to http://www.huawei.com/mobileweb/en/doc/list.do?type=-1&id=736 and I see they have some updated software.

Can anybody please explain to me what the difference is between the two and if someone has tested these, which one is recommended?

I recently switched to Mobile Partner and it's made a huge difference!

UTPS = Mobile Partner.
HOST = Mobile Connect.

I've been using Mobile Partner for over a year now. I prefer it to Mobile Connect because of a better interface with regards to usage stats.
