Huawei SA claims to be a level 2 BEE contributor but I can find absolutely no mention of who its 51% black shareholders are and its offices in Woo0dmead are stuffed full of Chinese management.
Does anyone know who these elusive shareholders are and how Huawei reached a level 2 BEE status?
