So now you can't root any Huawei Phones.
Idiots.

Well, Huawei is going to lose many customers, but it is a political move triggered from outside. Someone powerful is behind. It may be a Google.

According to the news they are now forcing on OEMS frequent 'security' updates which are mostly updates to the spying engine implanted in the Google FoolPlay services.

Yeah... erm... nope. Google is pushing for OEM's to allow unlocking, even their own Pixel range can be unlocked with a simple fastboot command.

I am sorry this is all Huawei

Edit: PS, you need to go see someone re PPD ;)

Dear lord. So much rubbish in one post.

You do not deny of a fact that Google is forcing frequent updates on OEMs and that Google FoolPlay Service is a spyware. Bootloader on the Pixel range may be unlocked, but they charge a premium price for a pixel range, it is how they can be competetive.

I would do this 2 if I was them esp seeing how Android gets all the flack for malware and security exploits thats been fixed ages ago. This fixes that most phones never see as OEM's prefer to sell you new crap to updating "old" phones.

and that Google FoolPlay Service is a spyware.

By your definicion I guess everything is spyware the moment it give feedback, regaurdless of the fact that you can opt out. Anyway its totally Independence from Main OS, in fact the moment your phone hits Google store this crap gets updated even on your 5 year old HTC Desire before you can even enter the store.

Like in WTF kind of argument is that?
Its like saying the sky is blue when someone points to the fact that the pools water is cold.

Back on subject:
I would be more worried about Huawei at this point than Google to be honest esp seeing that blocking access to the OS and pre-loaded applications from a Chinese company that has been accused more than once to actually spying on people and not using data for Ad's.

Will show myself the door.....
