HUAWEI WS5200 rotuer problems

Hi there I have been having problems with my huawei ws5200 router, I have been using 2 of them to create a mesh system and my isp is cell c , since about early November I can't seem to get over 5mbps and I am on a 50 up and down line but as soon as I put my old router back I get my line perfect , I have updated the 2 routers and still it doesn't want to give the required line speed can someone please assist me , even if I put in a wired line to like the xbox or TV it still stays the same
